Lifting:
Face Lifting
Acupuncture stimulates face tissue to be firm and lift up, defying the effects of gravity on aging skin. You will also notice that skin marks fade out, hair follicles become smaller, mandibular lines/girl lines become clearer, nasolabial folds are reduced and the skin is overall finer. Under normal conditions, you will feel at least 3-5 years younger after 3 consecutive treatments. Face lifting will take around 2 hours.
Eyes’ outer corners lifting
The outer corners of the eyes change the eye shape as they drop, which can make one look very aged. After acupuncture treatment, the eyes look bigger and younger. This treatment will take around 1 to 1.5 hours.
Wrinkle Removal
The deeper the wrinkle, the more treatments are needed. You will immediately notice wrinkles getting better after each treatment. Fine wrinkles can be removed after 1-3 treatments. Deep wrinkles may need 6 treatments or more. Although most face wrinkles can be removed permanently, there may be certain marks left occasionally, depending on the individual. Neck, Crow’s feet (eyes’ outer corners), and forehead wrinkles treatment will take about 2 hours each. Wrinkles around the mouth and lips treatment will take around 1 to 1.5 hours. Eyebrow wrinkle treatment will take approximately 1 hour. Front of ears wrinkle treatment will take 1 to 1.5 hours. If combining two or more areas’ wrinkles treatment, it will take 2 hours or longer.
Double Chin Reduction
The treatment can reduce the bloated fat in order for you to have your beautiful chin shape back. This treatment can also reduce or remove small benign knots or slightly swollen lymph nodes. The result of the treatment can be seen immediately and improvements are noticed progressively over time as well. Double chin reduction treatment will take approximately 1 to 1.5 hours.
Rhinoplasty
Acupuncture needles stimulate the periosteum to produce tissue in order to get a higher nose. The acupuncturist will discuss with you the nose shape you wish to achieve and insert the needles accordingly to reach your goals. The longer you keep the needs, the better. It is recommended that you keep them for 1.5-2 hours to achieve optimal results.
Chin enrichment
This treatment is for people who would like a longer chin and deepened chin groove. There are more bruises during chin enrichment treatment than any other treatment. The longer you keep the needles, the better. It is recommended that you keep them for 1.5-2 hours to achieve optimal results.
Upper lip midline enrichment
This treatment is to flatten the upper lip midline only, and not to straighten it. The treatment will take 1.5 to 2 hours.
Enrichment of the sunken areas of the face
Sometimes, some areas of the face are sunken because other areas drop. The therapist would suggest doing a face-lifting treatment first, and then sunken area enrichment at the same time or later.
Acne and acne mark removal
Acupuncture is very effective for acne and acne mark removal. The needles can stop acne from spreading and loosen skin adhesion. The skin color also becomes finer and smoother right after treatment. If the skin was damaged by scratching, the treatment cannot help the skin grow again. Whole-face treatment will take 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on the circumstances.
Qi-building face-lifting treatment
This treatment will take 1 to 1.5 hours.

Treatment time depends on the type of scar and its severity.
Body Beauty:
Size Reduction treatment
Unlike liposuction, acupuncture treatment is not surgery and therefore it has none of the surgery’s associated risks, including formed knots, scars, and skin adhesions.
Stomach size reduction treatment
Acupuncture needles work on the fat layer directly to stimulate fat burn and increase metabolism. The needle is flat, never straight, so the treatment is very safe. Even though the best results of abdominal weight loss can be seen after 28 days, most of the time you can see a 3-5 cm reduction just after treatment. If one continues to get whole-body weight loss treatment every other day for 7 to 10 times, they can better reach their goals. Stomach size reduction will take around 2 hours. Whole body weight loss will take 1 hour for every session.
Arms, legs, back, and waist size reduction treatment
Arms, back, and waist reduction treatment will take about 2 hours for each area. Upper leg reduction will take 2- 3 hours for each side (front and back leg), depending on the leg size. Lower leg reduction (back area only) will take approximately 2 hours.
Dowager’s Hump removal
There are a few reasons which cause dowager’s hump. Acupuncturists can remove the dowager’s hump if it was not caused by a medical reason. Dowager’s Hump removal treatment will take 1 to 1.5 hours.
Flabby arms removal
Acupuncture reduces flabby arms by firming the fascia and skin. Flabby arms removal will take 1.5 hours around.
Hip Lifting
Acupuncture stimulates and builds Qi and blood circulation to reach the lifting goal. Hip lifting treatment will take 1 to 2 hours every day or every other day, 7 to 10 times for one
session.
Breast enrichment
By increasing Qi and blood flow, breast enhancement goals can be reached. No needle is used on the breasts directly during treatment. Suggestion: Eat protein-rich food during treatment. Acupuncture breast enrichment treatment will take 1 to 2 hours every day or every other day, 7 to 10 times for one session. At least 3 sessions are needed.
Armpit fat reduction
Acupuncture is excellent for the reduction of armpit fat. Armpit fat reduction treatment will take 1 hour or more, depending on the size.
Other treatments:
Scar softening and reduction
Acupuncture can soften and reduce scars directly, including surgery scars. A one-time treatment can reduce a scar by 50% to 80%. Softened scars will never become hard again. Due to the sensitivity of scar treatment, it is suggested to take a painkiller prior to treatment. Required treatment time depends on the scar size and hardness.
Abnormal pigmentation reduction
The pigment is absorbed through acupuncture stimulation. The treatment will take an hour or longer.
Skin capillary vessels
Reduction is achieved by increasing local area circulation with acupuncture needles. Treatment time depends on the size.

2. How often can I get treatment?
The Qi and blood cycle is 28 days according to Chinese Traditional medicine philosophy. To easily remember, most treatments can be done once a month in the same area. For some treatments that are used to build Qi energy and blood movement, in which fewer needles are used, it is required to get it done every day or every other day for 7 to 10 times in one session. Breast enhancement treatment is an example.
3. Are there any contraindications for New Method cosmetic acupuncture treatment?
Yes. High blood pressure under control; blood sugar 7 or lower; avoid if pregnant or breastfeeding; not recommended for very weak citizens. The poorer the health condition, the poorer the acupuncture beauty treatment results.
4. After how many times can I see results?
Most of my clients can see desirable results right after the treatment. Depending on the individual and type of treatment, some may have to wait for 2 to 4 weeks to see results, especially for body shaping.
5. Any pain during treatment?
If you have had regular acupuncture treatment before, the feeling is quite similar. There is needles’ pinch pain when the needle breaks the skin, but the therapist moves the needle further based on your feedback, and changes the direction of the needle to avoid small blood vessels or small nerves. You won’t feel pain if the needle does not touch any blood vessels or small nerves. There are fewer blood vessels and small nerves in the facia layer. Needles will never touch major blood vessels or nerves. The pain is tolerable. For the treatment of some sensitive areas, such as the upper lip wrinkle reduction, it is recommended to take a painkiller beforehand.
6. Will there be any bruises?
An experienced therapist will avoid bruising as much as possible, but will not guarantee that there will be no bruises. Very small blood vessels under the skin cannot be seen, so it is difficult to avoid all of them. Some of my clients do not show any bruises, but some others show some bruising right after the treatment or in 2 to 3 days. Some makeup cover foundations or similar products can be used to cover minor bruises after 24 hours. There is also free herbal medicine provided to remove the bruises as quickly as possible, if necessary.
7. Is there any way to quickly get rid of bruises?
Yes. A fresh-cut potato slice on the area of the bruise is the best method to remove bruises fast. You can use a fresh potato slice, three times a day. You may change the potato slice when its color changes and three slices can be used at a time. You may also ask for free herbal medicine for bruises too.
8. Can I go to work or activity after treatment? What can I not do?
Yes, most activities can be done 24 hours after the treatment, such as applying makeup. You may go to work normally after treatment. Regular skin care massage can be done after the bruises are gone. However, massage cannot be done before bruises are healed and makeup cannot be applied for 24 hours following the treatment. You may use ice bags in 24 hours, but anything with heat can be applied to the skin only after 24 hours.
9. If I stop treatment, what is going to happen?
We suggest that you get 3 consecutive treatments to attain the greatest benefits of acupuncture beauty treatment. The results will be longer-lasting. You do not need to worry about any side effects after stopping the treatment. The results from the treatment remain and only fade out with aging again.
